DECEMBER 12, 2023; Linamar Corporation’s (TSX:LNR) Skyjack division is proud to support the 3rd Annual Royal City Big Chase to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph. Inspired by the reality television show “The Amazing Race”, the citywide event had 6 teams competing in a series of fun challenges and scavenger hunts at popular shops, parks and business across Guelph. 

Skyjack Plant 2, located at 201 Woodlawn Road West, served as both a Challenge Stop and the Refuel Sponsor. With assistance from the Skyjack team, participants used the SJ6826 RT and the new SJ3219 E to retrieve clues for their next challenge. Participants were also able to refill their snack bags to fuel themselves through the rest of the event. 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph positively impacts the lives of more than 600 youth in Guelph and the surrounding areas through their volunteer-based mentoring programs. Operating on the core belief that every young person deserves a positive role model to support, advise and empower them, the Big Brothers Big Sister of Guelph works to provide at-risk youth with stability and security through mentorship.
