ALL BOOMS

This means the boom lift controls are always in the orientation of the operator regardless of the position of turret over chassis. This reduces operator confusion by eliminating the need for colour coded arrows to determine drive versus joystick direction.

ALL ARTICULATING BOOMS

Ensures that the riser and main pivot point connecting the fly boom to the riser travel in a straight vertical line. Movement in a true vertical manner, without drifting forward or back, reduces the amount of repositioning the operator needs to do in order to stay close to a building facade, improving productivity.

ALL BOOMS, ROUGH TERRAIN SCISSORS AND TELEHANDLERS

An axle-based drive system with an operator controlled locking differential on the rear axle and limited slip differential on the front axle. This drive system has been proven as durable, low maintenance, and capable of navigating any job site terrain.

SJ63 AJ / SJ85 AJ

Skyjack's SJ63/85 AJ features a boom geometry that allows the operator to lower the main fly boom to ground level to restock on material or supplies, then return to full height at the original working position - without lowering the riser section. It can be quickly executed and there is no need for machine repositioning or having to remember the sequence of operations to get back to the original working position - thus, improving productivity.

ALL LARGE TH SERIES TELEHANDLERS

Skyjack’s yoke-mounted lifting hook is fitted as standard on TH series telehandlers. With capacities that match the maximum lift capability of the telehandler the hook allows the safe under-slinging of loads and avoids the practice of using the forks as an underslung lifting device.

Skyjack's TH series is engineered to require NO DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), NO DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and NO other active exhaust after treatment on standard engines. By utilizing improved gearing, high torque engines and a simplified, high efficiency hydraulics package, the TH range is able to employ 74hp engines to deliver the same on-site job performance as higher power units. In addition this allows for improved residual value as a simple more reliable machine competes positively with active emission controls. This solution is much more than the simple use of a 74hp engine and involves optimizing gearing and axle ratios, utilizing an enhanced torque converter optimization and the development of other synergies through the use of Deutz engines, Dana powershift transmission and Dana axles.

Skyjack’s TH series telehandlers feature an innovative cab design that allows fleet operators to easily convert between open and enclosed cabs with simple hand tools, providing increased flexibility for fleet movement and fast response to customer demands. Easily sourced flat glass panels with no custom curved profiles and a bolt-on/bolt-off window retention system ensures minimal downtime and incurred costs for repairing damaged glass in the field.
