Each machine is carefully inspected with all outstanding safety bulletins and updates completed prior to disassembly. All weldments are inspected for defects and thoroughly prepped for painting. Skyjack’s Recon Division has all of the equipment needed to provide a professional and quality paint job, from a complete paint line and oven to the state of the art blast booth.
Each machine is carefully reassembled to meet original OEM standards, with the following components replaced with NEW:
• Hydraulic hoses, fluids, and filters
• Main control and electrical cables
• Joystick controller(s)
• 110v outlet
• Batteries and battery cables
• Worn pins and bushings
• Tires
• Spark plugs and wires, along with all fluids, filters, belts, and hoses are replaced (IC powered machines)
• Radiator is flushed, pressure tested and recapped (IC powered machines)
Final assembly of each machine includes new decal packages. Each completed reconditioned machine goes through extensive pre-delivery quality inspections and tests. All pressures, speeds, and limits are set to original OEM standards and the Annual Inspection is completed. All reconditioned machines include a 6 month parts warranty.
